We want you to be satisfied with Seedance 3 Video. If our Service does not meet your expectations, this Refund Policy explains your options.

Subscription Refunds

• New subscription plans are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
• If you cancel within 7 days and request a refund, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• If you have generated more than 50 videos during the 7-day period, your refund eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Credit Pack Refunds

• Credit packs (one-time credit purchases) are refundable within 7 days of purchase.
• Less than 50% of the purchased credits must have been used to qualify for a refund.
• Refund requests for credit packs where 50% or more credits have been consumed will not be approved.

Renewal Charges

• Subscription renewals are processed automatically on your billing date.
• If you did not intend to renew, contact us within 72 hours of the renewal charge. We will cancel your subscription and issue a full refund for the renewal, provided you have not used the Service significantly during that period.
• To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date in your account settings.

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
• Refunds are not available for promotional or free credits.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
