Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Credits & Subscriptions

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate videos, images, or use other AI features.

• Subscriptions: Monthly or annual plans include a fixed number of credits per billing period. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
• Credit Packs: One-time credit purchases that never expire.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

AI-Generated Content

Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of the original content you upload (prompts, reference images, audio files).
• For content generated by the Service, we assign you all rights to the output. You may use generated videos and images for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided you hold a paid subscription or have purchased credits.
• Free-tier users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation
• Depicts non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual violence
• Promotes terrorism, hate speech, or incitement to violence
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

Content Moderation

All prompts and outputs are subject to automated safety review. We may block, remove, or refuse to deliver content that violates our policies. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's underlying code or models
• Use the Service in any way that interferes with or disrupts other users
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or promotions
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without explicit written agreement

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Seedance 3 Video and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Model names (Seedance, Kling, Flux, etc.) are used descriptively to indicate compatibility and routing; they are trademarks of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI model providers, payment processors, and analytics services. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Generated content will be free of artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEDANCE 3 VIDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, subscription plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee, and refunds on credit packs are available if fewer than 50% of credits have been used.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-Service notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
